Columbus Ohio American Youth Football Conference

It is my belief that youth sports should be focused on offering an opportunity for youth to participate in a fun and safe environment.  I also believe that if we "KEEP KIDS FIRST", then all other matters will be secondary to our purpose.  We must all have a common purpose and become a "PURPOSE DRIVEN YOUTH LEAGUE".  If we as a league continue to MAXIMIZE OUR PURPOSE then it will MINIMIZE CONFLICT.  Our Purpose is "KEEPING KIDS FIRST" AND HAVING A HEALTHY YOUTH LEAGUE, BECAUSE THINGS THAT ARE HEALTHY GROW AND WE WANT OUR CHILDREN TO GROW INTO RESPONSIBLE PRODUCTIVE ADULTS IN SOCIETY.
