All kids nominated will have no cost and will receive a nomination certificate.  There will only be 10 nominees per catagory, per division.  There will be a private committee who will select all nominees.  The organizational head only can submit children to be nominated.  This will be a red carpet, formal event.  There will be tickets on sale at a later date to attend.
